How to choose a guest dress for celebrations during Covid-19?
Since last year, we have certainly been going through a very peculiar situation regarding weddings , baptisms and communions . Many have wanted to postpone these important moments until the situation returns to “normal”.
Others, eager to experience special moments, have decided to give it a try and not let the situation stop them from celebrating.
If weddings used to be made up of dozens of people all gathered in the same place on the same day, now they are small celebrations with the closest people or “group by group”, which transforms the celebration into a chain of lunches or dinners; which makes creating the looks for each one of them a real challenge.
Although some things have changed, there are still a series of recommendations that you should never forget to be the perfect guest at the event, no matter how small or different it may be:
1.- There is an ideal cut for every event and person. If the celebration is finally at a house where you are going to have a small toast or meal, it is not necessary to wear a long dress, even if you want to take ideal photos.
2.- Adjust to the type of event. At this time, more discreet but special outfits such as trousers, a jumpsuit or a special blouse are being of great help.
3.- In a more informal setting, you can opt for prints or tighter dresses, which in other years would be very informal. If you embellish them with accessories, you can give them the distinctive touch you are looking for.
4.- Keep taking into account your body shape and the colors not only of the season but also those that best fit your phenotype.
The important thing is to enjoy a special moment with the people we love the most, which is why I love that there are still people who want to celebrate this special moment.
Tell me, have you attended or will you attend a celebration this year?
